Newborn Lifestyle Sessions

Our newborn sessions are designed to capture that sweet preciousness of the newborn days in your own home.  They run for up to 3-4 hours so we can let baby lead the way in a calm and relaxed setting.  They can include time for up to 3 outfit changes, bath time, feeding time, posed shots, family shots and just capturing those moments in between.

Newborn sessions at Sacred Moments Photography Australia are done in your home, this is a called lifestyle session   Your newborn session can be done at any age however the best time is from 2 days to 14 days old.  You may also include other people who are important in your life and your baby’s life including your partner, other children, parents or friends and even pets (depending on their behaviour on the day 🙂

A lifestyle session is very different to the typical newborn photos you have probably seen in the past. Lifestyle sessions are designed to really capture a snapshot into your life.  Those precious, everyday moments captured and able to be shared, forever.

In a lifestyle session I will be photographing you and your baby in and around your home, in places that make you feel comfortable.  This may mean lounging in a lounge chair, sitting on your back steps or giving bubba a bath.

This is a great advantage for newborns because it means you don’t need to be concerned about feeding or changing in unfamiliar surroundings.  Obviously we are in your home so you can change outfits whenever you like if you would like to have a few different looks or if that inevitable newborn poo-splosion or spit up occurs.

  • Facebook sneak peek within 48 hours
  • 30+ high resolution images on USB within 4 weeks
