A little note about language and ‘traditions’

Here at Sacred Moments we embrace a variety of races, religions and traditions. We also welcome many different types of families and family structures.  Our wedding packages aim to use inclusive language where possible however for ease of understanding and comparison when viewing multiple photographers packages and prices the ‘traditional’ Australian wedding timeline is used to describe what is included in the package.  This can be adjusted to suit your particular wedding timeline and structure.

Simple Moments Wedding Package (4 hours coverage)

This package is ideal for small and simple weddings or elopements that only require coverage at the ceremony and then some beautiful images of the wedding party at a nearby location. 

*Brisbane area only or travel fee applies

Cherished Moments Wedding Package (5.5 hours coverage)

This package will capture those moments that are most important to you on your special day while still keeping to your budget. Suitable for small to medium sized weddings.

~Partner 1 (often bride) and party getting ready  1.5 hours (within 30min drive of ceremony location or travel fee applies)

~Partner 2 (often groom) and party at the ceremony location

~Partner 1 (often bride’s)  arrival at ceremony

~Full ceremony coverage

Classic Moments Wedding Package (6-7 hours coverage)

This package is great for the budget conscious couple who want to capture all of those classic wedding moments in a stunning and special way. Suitable for small and medium sized weddings.

~Partner 1 (often bride) and party getting ready  1.5 hours (within 30min drive of ceremony location or travel fee applies)

~Partner 2 (often groom) and party getting ready (if within 30 min of partner 1)

~Partner 2 (often groom and party )and guests at the ceremony location

~Arrival of partner 1 (often bride and party) at ceremony

Grand Moments Wedding Package (up to 10hrs coverage)

This package includes everything you’ve ever wanted.  The photographer will be there every step of the way capturing every precious moment of your special day.

~Bride and Bridesmaids getting ready  1.5 hours (within 30 min drive of ceremony location or travel fee applies)

~Groom and Grooms men getting ready (if within 30 min of bride)

~Groomsmen and guests at the ceremony location

~Brides arrival at ceremony

~Full ceremony coverage

~Family group shots at ceremony location

~Bridal party on location for post ceremony shots

~Details at reception venue

~Bride and groom entering reception

~Up to 3 hours of reception coverage including; guests, cake cutting, first dance (can also include bouquet toss, garter toss, leaving circle if completed within 4 hours)

Up to 10 hours with the photographer (single photographer)

Travel fees:

Any wedding location move then 45 min from Brisbane City may incur an extra travel fee.  Travel fees are charged at $10 per 10 min of travel time (using a google map calculator).

Interstate, international or long distance weddings

If you would like me to photograph your destination wedding extra fees will apply to cover travel and accommodation.  I will work with you to ensure costs are kept to a minimum but allow for approx $200 a night for accommodation (usually 2 nights are required) and either flights on a reputable carrier or $100 per 100 km after the first 100km from Brisbane City.
